With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roy Howard Kosel in Harlingen, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 2, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kosel and Freda Knipfel Kosel; his wife Mary Kosel; and his siblings, Richard Kosel, Walter Kosel, Alvin Kosel, Ralph Kosel and Violet Gruenberg.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Kury (Dave Youngquist), Grace Giorgio (Steve Giorgio) and Galyn Thomae (Dennis Thomae); his grandchildren, Clifford Moody, Krystal Moody, Jennifer Giorgio, James Giorgio, Charmaine Thomae and Lane Thomae; and his great grandchildren, Porter Moody and Noah Moody.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Roy's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital or St. Joseph's Indian School.
