He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Winter and Bertie Mae Tabor Winter; his sisters, Sybil, Thelma and Selma; and his grandson Toby Winter.
He is survived by: his spouse Ruth (Carrie); his children, Kathy Harris (Mike), Karen House (Dennis), Kitty Van Holsbeke (Leon) and Rocky; his grandsons, Bryan Harris (Candace), Brad Harris, Justin House, Reggie Van Holsbeke, Devin Van Holsbeke and Leon Van Holsbecke III (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Ethan Harris, Kyndall Harris, Sophie Harris and Madison Van Holsbeke; and his sister Geraldine Jackson of Abilene.
