It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodolfo Galvan of Harlingen, Texas, born in Relampago, Texas, who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Galvan and Refugia Vento Galvan; his great grandchild Flint Lewis; and his brother Pedro Galvan. He is survived by: his wife Maria D. "Cookie" Galvan; his children, Rodolfo Galvan Jr. (Biada), Deborah Ann Mena (Victor Javier) and Richard Lee Galvan (Elizabeth Betsy); his grandchildren, Vanessa Lewis (Richard), Victor Mena Jr., Elyse Galvan, Yvonne Biada Galvan and Autumn Galvan; his great grandchild Lincoln Lewis; and his siblings, Nelda Cerrillo (Juan), Velma Valdez (Ruben), Armando Galvan (Sue) and Eloy Galvan (Diana). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
