He is survived by: his wife Rosie Torres; his sons, Steve Charles (Angie Guiter) and Michael Charles (Andrea Leal); his grandsons, Steven Charles and Andrew Charles; and his siblings, Lino Jr., Frances, Felicitas, Yolanda and Mary Ester. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Trinity Funeral Home (1002 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A rosary was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Trinity Funeral Chapel (1002 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery (14166 US-83 BUS, La Feria, TX 78559).
