He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Cage, Sr. and Daisy Lee Sanders Cage; his wife Ann Merlene Combs; and his siblings, Harry Cage, Dewitte Cage, Charles Cage, James Cage, Julius Cage, Billy Cage, Dorothy Long, Alice Smith and Daisy Johanson.
He is survived by: his children, David McGill of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Linda Myers (Rodney Myers) of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, April McGill Newlin of Tulsa and Kyle Myers of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Lindsey and Tyler Newlin; and his siblings, Nolan Cage of Harlingen, Texas and Barbara (Decker). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
