He is survived by: his parents, Theodore P. Pajak and Eugenia Pajak of Bel Air, MD; his siblings, Theodore T. Pajak of Harlingen, TX and Barbara Green of Clearwater; his daughter Melissa S. Rusnak (Gilbert J. Rusnak); his grandchildren, Krystal M. Rusnak and Benjamin J. Rusnak Sr.; his great grandchild Benjamin J. Rusnak Jr. of Darlington, MD; his siblings, John Pajak of North Beach, MD and Mary Jean Pajak; his husband Maurice Walters of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Deolinda R. Pajak of Harlingen, TX and Jim Green of Oldsmar, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
