He is survived by: his wife Maria Teresa Gutierrez; his children, Roberto Gutierrez (Maria Anita), Luis Daniel Gutierrez (Viola), Omar Gutierrez (Cristela) and Melissa Rincones (Javier); his grandchildren, Rebecca, David Jr., Juan Pablo, Veronica, Davina, Vanessa, Sarah, Clarisa, Celina, Stephanie, Leandra, Ariana, Justin and Gabriella; and his siblings, Epifanio Gutierrez, Rosenda Cordero and Erminda Gonzales. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, & friends.
