He is survived by: his wife Marianna Garza; his daughter Katherine Renee Villegas; his siblings, Christina Hernandez (Danny) and Julio Villegas (Nately); and his nieces and nephews, Julian Villegas, Eric Villegas, Richard Villarreal, Riley Villarreal, Amanda Villegas, Alyssa Hernandez and Brittney Hernandez.
