He is survived by: his wife Manuela G. Ruelas; his children, Jesenia Ruelas Manzano (Frank III) and Raymundo Ruelas Jr. (Elena Garcia Ruelas); his daughter-in-law Maria Del Rosario Ruelas; his grandchildren, Frank Manzano IV, Angelica Luz Manzano, Raymundo Ruelas III, Ryken Ruelas and Roger Ruelas; his stepgranddaughter Emily Perez; and his siblings, Ramiro Ruelas (Yolanda), Olympia Monsebais (Hector), Celia Post (Michael), Maria De Jesus Cruz (Rudy), Raul Ruelas (Teresita) and Pablo Ruelas. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.
