He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Lucio and Guadalupe Lucio; his wife Ida Quintanilla Lucio; and his siblings, Preciliano, Francisco, Agustin, Lorenzo, Manuel Jr., Juan, Maria Galindo, Josefa Garcia, Rita Alejandro and Lillie Rodriquez.

He is survived by: his children, Ramiro Jr., Tony and Yolanda; his grandsons, David Jonathan (Michelle), Kramer John, David Anthony Saldivar and Raegan Tucker; his great grandchildren, Mia and Mila Lucio; and his siblings, Roberto, Severa Padilla and Lupe Flores.
