We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2023, at the age of 79, Rabul L. Salinas of Harlingen, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Margarita D. Salinas; and his parents, Santos Salinas and Jacinta Salinas. He is survived by: his children, Rabul Salinas, Jr. (Linda), Rosalva Salinas (Jose Luis Atuñes), Isabel Mendez (Chris), LeeRoy Salinas (Janie) and Santos Salinas (Priscilla); and his granddaughter Carolina Salinas. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and extended family.
