He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacinto A. Vega and Elida Vega; his brother-in-law Juan Sandoval; and his nephew Jay Gonzales. He is survived by: his siblings, Maria Andrea Sandoval, Jesus Vega (Esther Lugo), Rodolfo "Rudy" Vega, Maria Elva Gonzales and Aurora Vega; his nieces and nephews, Monica Cortez (Abel Cortez), Gavino, Amanda "Mandy", Claudia Gonzales, Christina, Viviana, Paulina Sandoval, Jesus Jr., Rene "Chinto", Rodolfo Jr., Cynthia Vega and Roxanna Guzman; and his great-nephew David Cortez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, other family members, & friends.
