It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Garcia (Harlingen, Texas), born in Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on March 19, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew McCarty and Anne McCarty (Sawyer); her brother Robert; and her daughters, Dorothy Rapp (Foltz) and Judith Widener (Foltz).

She is survived by: her husband Emilio; her brother Jack McCarty (Sandy); her children, Jean Deuser (Gary), Wayne Foltz (Sandy) and Brenda Foltz; and her stepdaughters, Evelia Sowash (Randy), Kendra Garcia and Krista Jones (Chuck). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
