It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oralia Garza of Harlingen, Texas, who passed away on November 16, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Rogelia Brito; and her brother Oscar Valenzuela. She is survived by: her father Francisco Valenzuela; her children, Cecilia Martinez (Andres), Cynthia Garza and Jose E. Garza (Deidra); her grandchildren, Ayven M. Martinez, Colleen T. Phillips, Addison L. Garza, Mateo A. Garza, Kaylani S. Garza and Randy Cavazos, Jr.; her siblings, David Valenzuela (Arlene), Luz De Alba Valenzuela, Nilia Montoya, Ruben Montoya, Carlos Montoya, Ricardo Montoya and Sergio Montoya; her pets, Sally and Sophia; and her grandchildren, Loki, Riley, Millie, Nikki and Paris.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home - Harlingen (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A prayer will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
