As Noe departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Noe may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Noe leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Garcia and Lucinda Plata. He is survived by: his children, Emilia Garcia, Elyssa Salazar (Adan), Roel Garcia (Brenda), Noe Garcia Jr. and Laura Garcia Medina; and his siblings, Diana Bates (Dennis), Sylvia Zamponi and Aron Garcia (Sandra). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
