We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2024, at the age of 82, Nancy McSwain Phipps of Harlingen, Texas, born in Winston Salem, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend William "Bill" G. Phipps; her sister Patricia "Pat" M.; her brother-in-law Charles C. Hancock; and her parents, James D. McSwain and Agnes P. McSwain.
She is survived by: her nieces, Helen Hancock of Salem, Virginia and Carol Hancock Whalen (Bruce) of Pine Ridge; and her great-nephews, Marcus (Lisa) of Harlingen and Brian (Carol) of Shawnee. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
