He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Perez and Maria (Angeles Perez); his son Rodrigo Perez; and his siblings, Abel Perez, Agustin Perez, Eusebio Perez, Inocencia Perez and Rosenda Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Perez; his children, Guillermo Perez, Israel Perez, Cesar Trejo, Rolando Perez and Frances P. Hurst; and his sister Rafaela Perez. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
