He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy Beth Garcia; and his parents, Thomas Ortega Garcia Sr. and Maria Caritina Gonzalez-Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Michael Garcia (Brittany) and Saphire Devonne Garcia; and his siblings, Thomas Garcia, Jr., Maria Gonzalez and Josephina Ceballos. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
