She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Lee and Leorah Snelson Rapp; her husband Charles Manning; her son Ted Manning; her great grandchild Cody Pike; and her son-in-law Gene Sipes.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Steiner (Steve) of Bonaire, GA, Bruce Manning (Debbie) of Harlingen, TX, Sandra Sipes of Harlingen, TX and Scott Manning (Deby) of Harlingen, TX. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
