He is survived by: his children, Manuel Sotelo of Corpus Christi, Texas, Angelica Acevedo and Rosalinda Sotelo of Corpus Christi, Texas; and his siblings, Andres Pena (San Juana) of Corpus Christi, Jose Pena (Petra), Jesus Pena of Harlingen, Texas, Emma Pena Castillo (Mario) of Washington, Magda Pena, Angelica Pena and Andrea Pena of Harlingen, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
