She is survived by: her children, Matthew Shane Hernandez (Andrea), Alexis Nicole Hernandez, Anthony Cruz Hernandez and Logan Roman Garza; her grandchildren, Khalistah, Athena, Anastasia and Ayden; her stepson Jonathan Garza; her mother Maria Juarez; and her siblings, Jose Ismael Juarez (Marta), Alberto Juarez, III (Mary), Olivia Juarez, Rosa Maria Cardenas (Daniel) and Elizabeth Juarez. She is also survived by friends and relatives.
