She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Luisa Rodriguez Loredo and Basilio Loredo; her husband Angel Cervantes; and her brothers, Teofilo Loredo, Innocencio Torres, Narciso Torres, Isodoro Loredo and Lucio Loredo.

She is survived by: her children, Jorge Cervantes (Mary), Marta Ortiz (Juan), Adolfo Cervantes (Yolanda), Esperanza Cervantes and Minerva Cervantes (Johnny); and her grandchildren, Jorge Cervantes Jr., Juan Ortiz Jr., Blanca Cervantes, Victor Rolando Ortiz, Randy Cervantes, Veronica Cuellar Concha, Krystal Cervantes and Eric Cervantes.
