She was predeceased by: her father Marcelino Reyes; her husband Vicente Sanchez; and her son Agapito Reyes. She is survived by: her daughters, Maria, Carmen Jaramillo (Miguel) and Edelmira Sanchez (Jesus Jr.); her grandchildren, Jasmine, Michael, Isaiah, Lee Roy, Jessica, Ryan, Daniel, Marc and Jennifer; and her great grandchildren, Adriana, Arielle, Alijah, Jayden and Leila.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home - Harlingen (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Departing the Funeral Home (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church (1509 New Combes Hwy, Harlingen, TX 78550).
