She is survived by: her children, Maria Isabel Gonzales (Domingo), Rafael Medina (Dee Dee) and Julie De Leon (Jose); her granddaughters, Nicole and Jacquelyn; and her sister Rosa Maria Camacho. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
