She was predeceased by: her husband Silviano Robles Ortiz Jr.; and her daughter Rita Ortiz Sanchez. She is survived by: her son Lee Roy Ortiz (Patty Ortiz); her grandchildren, Amy Sanchez, Deborah Sanchez, Gustavo D. Sanchez Jr., Ruben Sanchez (Crystal), Cynthia Torres (Christopher), Jessica De Leon (Isaiah) and Elizabeth Hernandez (Ruben); and her siblings, Francisco Salazar, Audon Salazar, Manuel Salazar Jr., Guadalupe Rendon, Juanita Cuellar, Connie Weber, Gloria Aguilar, Olga Calderas, Esperanza Alaniz and Lydia Benavides. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
A rosary was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Funeral Chapel (1002 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Las Rusias Cemetery.
