He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberto Juarez and Olivia Solis; and his siblings, Alberto Juarez Jr., Carlos Juarez, Francisco Juarez, Roberto Juarez and Mary Cordero.

He is survived by: his sons, Richard Marcel Juarez (Amberleigh) and Marc Anthony Juarez; his granddaughters, Ella Jane Juarez and Bella Napolez; and his siblings, Jose Juarez and Lydia Juarez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
