He was predeceased by: his father Raul Yanez; and his son Joshua Jeremiah. He is survived by: his parent Agustina Garza; his wife Hilda Hernandez Yanez; his children, Faithe N Guerrero (Fernando), Hadassah A Oloi (HunJoe), Angela C Barter (Daniel) and Israel Noe; and his siblings, Ismael Yanez (Melissa), Julia A Leal (Mauricio), Raul Yanez Jr. (Maricela), Gricelda Urrutia (Luis) and Roy Arias. He is also survived by several step-siblings along with numerous nieces and nephews.
