She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberto Grimaldo and Gregoria Torres Ruiz; and her uncles, Nolan Ramirez (Francisca Ruiz Banda), Santiago Ruiz (Rosa Ruiz), Antonio Ruiz and Piedad Ruiz Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her husband Pedro O. Ramirez; her sons, Peter A. "Tony" Ramirez (Carmen) and Gilbert O. Ramirez (Martha); her grandchildren, Nathan Ramirez (Nancy), Kaylin Torres (Tony) and Kaylee Ramirez; her great grandchildren, Noa and Nyssa Ramirez; and her siblings, Pilar Grimaldo and Jesse Grimaldo. She is also survived by four nieces, numerous cousins, other relatives, & friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Trinity Funeral Chapel of the Holy Spirit (1002 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A rosary was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Trinity Funeral Chapel (1002 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church (1509 New Combes Hwy, Harlingen, TX 78586). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mont Meta Memorial Park Cemetery (26170 N Sam Houston Blvd, San Benito, TX 78586).
