It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis R. Gomez (Harlingen, Texas), who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Felicitas Rosales Gomez and Salvador Gomez; his wife Angelita G. Gomez; his children, Luis Gomez Jr., Juan Angel Gomez and Felicitas Guerrero; and his sisters, Edubijes Garza and Isabel Alfaro.
He is survived by: his daughter Norma Gomez; and his sisters, Rachel Waddell and Oralia Flores. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
