She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Sadler; her daughter Sandra Lea Sadler; her grandsons, Kevin Cline and George Sadler; her parents, William Givens Warner and Laura Lee Warner (Haynes); and her siblings, Opal Sain, Vinita Snaples Ashley, Alma Adair and Noble Warner.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Sadler (Becky), David Sadler, Karren Cline (Vance) and Laura Wilson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and three great–great grandchildren.
