He is survived by: his daughters, Connie C. Wright, Lupe C. Rodriguez (Lupita), Maria Isidra C. Cavazos (Cindy), Maricela C. Abrego, Guadalupe G. Guerrero (Lupita) and Dionila G. Munzler (Nila); his stepfather Isidro Castillo; his wife Maria Perez Guzman; his children, Stella Guzman Moreno (Ramiro), Glandy Guzman Delgado (Godfrey), Alex Guzman (Lorie) and Esmeralda Perez Guzman; his grandchildren, Joey Guzman, Ramsey Isaiah Moreno, Roslynn Starr Moreno, Juan Locadio Ybarra III (John), Justin Jacob Ybarra, Katalina Guzman (Kati), Alejandro Guzman, Priscilla Guzman, Thomas Guzman, Troy Guzman, Rafael Lorenzo Rangel (Ralphy), Christopher Angel Guzman and Christina Sunshine Tullos; his great grandchildren, Sabrina Kay Salazar, Angelina Nichole Salazar, Roberto Guajardo, Mckayla Marie Guajardo, Arturo Salazar, Hailey Rae Segovia, Elise Rose Velasquez, Khaled Dior Velasquez and King Alexander Guzman; and his sisters, Lupe Rodriguez (Lupita), Connie Wright, Maricela Abrego, Maria Isidra Cavazos (Cindy), Guadalupe G. Guerrero (Lupita) and Dionila G. Munzler (Nila). He is also survived by numerous other relatives & friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home - Harlingen (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A prayer was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the Restlawn Memorial Park (14166 US-83 BUS, La Feria, TX 78559).
