It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Dougherty (Harlingen, Texas), born in Queens, New York, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Joseph C. Dougherty; and her children, William R. Dougherty, Laura E. Dougherty and Suzanne V. Dougherty. She is survived by: her son Timothy J. Dougherty; her grandson Brian P. Arriola (Elizabeth C. Arriola); and her great grandchild Avery Katherine Arriola of Harlingen.
