He is survived by: his significant other Carmen Rodriguez; his son Julian Chavez Jr. (Veronica); his grandchildren, Julian Austin Chavez III and Ava Grace Chavez; and his brother Alfredo Chavez. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
