He is survived by: his children, Roeana (Carlos) of Austin, Roxanna (Rudy) of Fresno, Juan Ricardo (Carol) of San Benito, Regina (Kevin) of Round Rock and Renee (Lee) of Austin; his siblings, Anita Gargus Henderson (John) of Nevada, Tomas Martinez (Eva) of Harlingen, Sylvia Trejo (Robert) of Austin and Joel Martinez (Mary) of Harlingen; and his great grandchildren, Neariah, Cassandra, Catherine, Micah, Joshua Hernandez, Jovan, Moses Gonzalez, Jeremiah Elisha Quintanilla, Kai Barnes, Khamryn Sisourath, Joseph Ray Martinez, Austin Martinez, Isis Martinez, Juan III and Noah Martinez.
