He is survived by: his wife Juana Mejia Torres; his children, Willie Joe Torres, Joel Torres, Patsy Torres, Stephanie Torres Amaya and Guadalupe Torres; and his grandchildren, Allyson Torres, Alejandro Torres, Aralyn Torres, Ellie Jane, RJ Garcia and Rue Garcia.
