He was predeceased by: his parents, Eufracio Aguilar and Leandra Dominguez Aguilar; and his sisters, Maria "Chita" Aguilar and Antonia Aguilar. He is survived by: his children, Gloria Partida, Alejandro Aguilar, Jose Aguilar, Jr., Laura Aguilar, Cynthia Salinas and Tito Salinas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home - Harlingen (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550).
