He is survived by: his parents, Guillermo Fraga and Maria Natividad Fraga; his brothers, Gabriel Fraga and Daniel Fraga; and his grandparents, Raquel Martinez, Guillermo Fraga Solis and Eustolia Arevalo. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
