He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Kershaw and Marie Joiner Kershaw. He is survived by: his sons, Dave Kershaw (Rhoda) of Kingston Springs and Steve Kershaw (Stephanie) of Genoa, IL; his brother David Kershaw (Catherine) of Springfield, MO; and his grandchildren, Josh, Natalie, Alex and Devin.
