He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan McGibeny and Ida McGibeny; and his sister Jana Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Nurrie McGibeny; and his children, Wesley McGibeny (Teri), Sharon Johnson (Charles Garner), Tracy Bredemeyer (Terry) and Mark McGibeny (Isabel). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
