He is survived by: his former wife Dixie Berger; his children, Michael Lucas, Marty Lucas and Marcy Van Note; and his stepchildren, Karla Bridgewater and Doug Shelton. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
