He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Otelia Sandoval; his children, Jose Cruz Sandoval (Norma), Santiago Sandoval (Maria Lourdes), Maria Guadalupe Sandoval, Isidro Sandoval (Gricelda), Sara Sandoval, Patricia Sandoval (Natividad "Divi"), Laura Sandoval (Claudia De), Cristina Sandoval and Nicole; and his grandchildren, Roman, Santiago Jr., Jorge, Miguel, Angel, Alex of Jose Cruz, Tyler, Camren, Jaden, Joslynn, Erika, Isidro Jr., Samuel, Josue, Martin Jr., Michael and Jasmin. He was also cherished by great grandchildren, siblings, nephews, nieces and friends.
