She was predeceased by: her parents, David Gomez and Jesusa Gomez (Erasmo Gutierrez, Sr.); and her siblings, David Gomez, Manuel Gomez, Arnulfo Gomez, Benito Gomez and Consuelo Garcia.
She is survived by: her children, Corina Gutierrez of Harlingen, Erasmo Gutierrez, Jr. (Janie) of Lyford and Roy Gutierrez of Harlingen, Texas.; her grandsons, Erasmo Gutierrez, III of Harlingen and Frank Jason Gutierrez (Kristen) of Lyford; and also Angelita Gonzalez of Rio Hondo, Texas.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, six great-great- grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home - Harlingen (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Mont Meta Memorial Park (26170 TX-345, San Benito, TX 78586).
