He is survived by: his parents, Gayl Manthey and Marlene Manthey; his daughter Sarah Anne Manthey; his brother Mike Manthey (Monica); his nephews, Dean and Matthew Manthey; his aunt Lou Etta McComb (Dan); his uncle Hank Payne; and his cousins, Jacob McComb and Wendy Smith. He is also survived by mother, daughter, and friends.
