She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Manuel Valdez and Irene Serna Valdez; her husband Daniel Rivera; and her children, Juan Rodriguez Armando (Sandra), Laura Macias Fernando (Rudy), Mario Rodríguez (Laela), Louis, Dulce Rodriguez and Romeo Rodriguez (Sonia). She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and siblings.
