He is survived by: his wife Irene; his mother Estella Booth (Gurney); his grandparents, Willard Booth and Maude Booth; his siblings, Pearl, Elenor, Ernie, Ethel, Bea, Mervel, Della, Leslie, Peggy, Joe and Arthur; and also, Pittsburg, Elyria and Cincinatti. He is also survived by his two sons from his first marriage, Daryl James and Peter Duane, both of Canada; and also, 7 Grandchildren.

Frederick Hubert Booth passed away on Sept. 24, 2018, in his 85th year, from complications of Alzheimer's/ Dementia).
