He is survived by: his wife Maria Magdalena Saldivar; his children, Petra Saldivar Garza (Roberto), Eduardo Saldivar (Maria Elena), Sonia Elizabeth Perez (Benito) and Lizet Saldivar; and his brothers, Guadalupe Saldivar, Luis Esteban Saldivar and Ramiro Saldivar, Jr.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
