He is survived by: his wife Raquel G. Valdez; his children, Elvia Aranda (Johnny), Maria Elma Saldivar (Omero) and Jesus Roel Valdez (Alicia); his grandchildren, Richard Aranda (Suzanne), Kassandra Lozano (Jesse), Vicky Saldivar (Joe Gazoria), Jesus Roel Valdez Jr (Cortney), Miguel A. Valdez and Tony Valdez; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn Aranda, Gordon Lozano and Valeria Valdez. He is also survived by 6 sisters; 3 brothers; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, & an aunt.
