She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Manuel Chavarria and Natividad Chavarria; her husband Adolfo Ochoa Sr.; her son David Ochoa; her grandsons, Rogelio Ochoa Jr. and Carlos Daniel Ochoa; her brother Raul Chavarria; and her children, Adolfo Ochoa Jr. (Mary), Reynaldo Ochoa (Edith), Rogelio Ochoa, Ruben Ochoa (Janie) and Sandra Rosales (Adam). She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
