He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolas Garcia and Marcelina Garcia; and his sister Albertina Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Herlinda Zermeño Garcia; and his siblings, Maria De Jesus Castro, Enrique Garcia (Leonor), Raul Garcia, Noelia Garcia, Antonia Arias and Oralia Garcia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
