It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernesto Rangel of Harlingen, Texas, who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Ernesto's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Ernesto has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Rangel and Dominga Rivera. He is survived by: his siblings, Jose Eduardo Rangel (Guadalupe), Alonso Rangel (Maria), Hector Rangel (Maribel), Efren Rangel (Gary Williams), Fransico Javier Rangel (Norma), Maribel Rangel (Ivan Estrada) and Marilu Ruiz (Jose).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Trinity Funeral Home (1002 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A rosary was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Trinity Funeral Chapel (1002 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550).
